Payment Terms::

Online Payment rendered via payment gateway can be prepaid for which invoice will be made available later Failure to pay invoices within the specified time frame may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

collected and processed by the Company will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights::

All software
Designs, and other intellectual property developed by the Company remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients retain ownership of any proprietary information or intellectual property provided to the Company for the purpose of service delivery.

Shipping and Return Policy::

For physical
Products shipped by the Company, shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the Company.
